1. Invitation Methods

1. Invite to Workspace

Use this method if you want to assign members to specific projects or groups and determine access permissions at the time of invitation.

• By using the above methods, you can pre-assign members to specific projects or groups to manage tasks and track attendance.
• If you create multiple floors using these methods, you can invite new members to specific floors only.
• When you turn on "Enable Web App" during the invitation, the member will also be able to use VoicePing through their browser.

2. Invite by URL

Initially, grant access to the entire workspace, and later decide on members' permissions and group management.

1. Click "Invite Teammates"
2. Click "Invite by URL"
3. Set the expiration date and generate the link
4. Copy the link and share it with the members you want to invite

This method allows you to issue a temporary password so new members can log in immediately (bulk creation via CSV is also possible).
