If you are a guest in a VoicePing meeting room and your mic or camera is not working, please check your settings.

Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and go to “Settings”
Go to “Site Settings” in the “Privacy and security” tab
Go to the “Camera” and “Microphone” tabs
Lastly, from your “Recent activity”, check to see if your browser has blocked app.voice-ping.com. If it has been blocked, change the permissions for your “Camera” and “Microphone” to “Allow”.
