VoicePing's voice translation feature allows you to translate your presentation content into multiple languages in real-time. Viewers can watch and listen to live captions on their monitors or on their own mobile devices.

In order to create an account, you will need to download the VoicePing app. From the VoicePing website, click on "START FREE PLAN" at the top of the page.
After completing the registration, the VoicePing application will be automatically downloaded to your PC. Install the application, and move on to the next step!
Create a VoicePing Account
After creating your account, set up a new workspace and create a meeting room for your large-scale international event.
Create a Conference Room
VoicePing's voice translation function transcribes what people say in real time, and translates it into the language of your choice. To use this feature, you need to set up the translatable languages in your workspace beforehand and enable the transcription function.

Set Translatable Languages
Select the language spoken by the presenter from the microphone icon and choose the translated language from the icon next to it.
*If you already know your audience, use more than one computer and display different translated languages on multiple monitors during the event!

Since the VoicePing chat box can be made full screen, we recommend displaying it on an external display such as a monitor so that viewers can see the presentation content in real-time.
We recommend making the text box full-screen and enlarging the font size so that everyone can see the transcript on the monitor during the seminar.
Adjust Text Box
If your event has a limited number of monitors, the audience (listeners) can scan the listener’s QR code from their mobile devices and select their preferred translation language.
Please "Enable Listener Web App" from the meeting room settings and download the QR code or copy the URL to share with the audience.

Enable text-to-speech to translate what the event host is saying in real-time so listeners can hear the content in their preferred language. You can also adjust the speed of the audio for this feature.
*We recommend that the audience use earphones when using this feature.
